資源簡介 課題:動詞的時態和語態 總第32課時教學目標:1.復習連詞的分類及用法。教學重點:1.連詞的分類及用法。教學難點:1.連詞的用法。課時安排:1課時。教 學 過 程 個 性 修 改 第一課時一、歸納與闡釋(一)并列連詞1.并列連詞的分類及用法(1)表示并列關系的連詞 表示并列關系的連詞有and, both…and…, not only…but also…, as well as, neither…nor…。如: My uncle bought me a model car, I like it very much. 叔叔給我買了一個汽車模型,我非常喜歡。 Helen Tom English well. 海倫和湯姆英語都說得好。 the student the teacher (be)in the classroom. 學生和老師都不在教室。 Mary as well as her parents going to Paris. 瑪麗和她的父母都打算去巴黎。 【注意】as well as 連接的并列結構在句中作主語時,謂語動詞應與as well as前面的主語在數上保持一致; 而not only…but also…和neither…nor…則遵循“就近原則”。 (2)表示轉折關系的連詞 表示轉折關系的連詞常見的有but, while, yet, however等,都意為“然而”。如: Lucy thinks math is interesting, I think it’s difficult. 露西認為數學很有趣,但我覺得它很難。 I like red my sister likes blue. 我喜歡紅色,然而我妹妹喜歡藍色。 (3)表示選擇關系的連詞 表示選擇關系的連詞有or, either…or…, not…but…等。如: Which do you prefer to use to keep in touch with your friends, QQ WeChat 你更喜歡用哪種方式與朋友聯系,QQ還是微信? They don't want your pity your help. 他們想要你的幫助而不是憐憫。(4)表示因果關系的連詞表示因果關系的連詞有so, for等。for意為“因為”,表示補充說明原因。如:It began to rain, we had to stay here.天開始下雨了,因此我們不得不待在這里。It must rain last night, the ground is still wet.昨晚一定下雨了,因為地面還是濕的?!咀⒁狻縝ecause和so不能出現在同一個句子中,只能用其一, because為從屬連詞。2.并列連詞連接的常用句型and 用在“祈使句+and+簡單句”句型中,表示語義上的順承。如:Smile to the world, the world will smile back to you.對世界微笑,世界會向你微笑。or 用在“祈使句+or+簡單句”句型中,表示轉折。如:Tell me the truth, I will not help you. 告訴我真相,否則我不會幫你。(二)從屬連詞1.引導賓語從句的從屬連詞主要有that, if, whether等。如:He said he had passed the English exam. 他說他通過了英語考試。We discussed we would have a class meeting tomorrow.我們討論了明天是否要開班會?!咀⒁狻窟B詞that引導賓語從句時,that在句中不作任何成分,在口語或非正式文體中常省略,但句中有兩個that引導的賓語從句時,第一個that可省,第二個that不可省。2.引導狀語從句的從屬連詞(1)引導時間狀語從句的從屬連詞有when, as, while, before, after, since, till, until, not…until…, as soon as。①when和while的用法when和while均可引導時間狀語從句,意為“當……的時候”。when既可以引導持續性動作,又可以引導短暫性動作,而while只能引導持續性動作。如: the telephone rang, she was cooking.= she was cooking, the telephone rang. 她正在做飯時電話鈴響了。②as的用法as引導時間狀語從句時可以表達“正當;一邊……一邊……;隨著”等意思。如:The students took notes they listened. 學生們邊聽課邊做筆記。 years go by, China is getting stronger and richer.隨著時間一年一年過去,中國變得越來越富強了。③before與after的用法before表示“在……之前”,after表示“在……之后”。如:I will always work hard I get into my dream university.在我考入夢想的大學之前我將一直努力學習。He went home he finished his homework. 他完成作業之后就回家了。④till和until的用法till和until都表示“直到”,??蓳Q用,但till不用于句首。not…until表示“直到……才……”。如:I will be here he comes back. 我會在這里直到他回來。I leave here he comes back. 直到他回來我才會離開。⑤since的用法表示“自從……以來”,主句常用現在完成時,從句用一般過去時。如:She here since she got married. 自從她結婚后,就一直住這兒。⑥as soon as的用法表示“一……就……”,若主句是一般將來時,從句用一般現在時表示將來的意義。如:I you as soon as I come back. 我一回來就去拜訪你。(2)引導條件狀語從句的從屬連詞有if, unless, as long as等。如:You will pass the exam you study hard. 如果你努力學習,就能通過考試。You won't pass the exam you study hard.除非你努力學習,否則考試過不了關。We will succeed we pull together.只要我們一起努力,就能取得成功。(3)引導原因狀語從句的從屬連詞有because, since, as等。because表因果關系的語氣最強,用來回答why的問句,引導的原因狀語從句往往比主句顯得更重要。since表示人們已知的事實,不需要強調原因,因此經常譯成 “既然……”,通常放在句首。since引導的從句是次要的,重點強調主句的內容。as與since用法差不多,所引出的理由在說話人看來已經很明顯,或已為聽話人所熟悉而不需要用because加以強調。as引導的從句與主句具有同等的重要性。如:Ben didn't come he was ill. 本沒來是因為他生病了。 everyone is here, let's begin. 既然大家都在這兒,我們開始吧。 you were out, I left a message. 你不在,所以我留了張字條。(4)引導目的狀語從句的從屬連詞有so that, in order that等。如:He got up early he could catch the early bus.他早早地起床了以便能趕上早班車。(5)引導結果狀語從句的從屬連詞有so…that…, such…that…等。如:so…that…與such…that…的區別:so是副詞,修飾形容詞或副詞,而such是形容詞,修飾名詞。如:She was tired that she couldn't go any farther. 她太累了,不能再走了。It's a fine day that many people go to the park for fun.天氣這么好,好多人到公園來玩。He is such a clever boy that he can work out the math problem quickly. =He is clever a boy that he can work out the math problem quickly.他是如此聰明一個男孩,他能很快解出這道數學題?!咀⒁狻慨斆~前面有many, much, few, little 等表示數量多少的限定詞時,只能用so,不能用such。(6)引導讓步狀語從句的從屬連詞有though, even though/if, although, “no matter+疑問詞”等。如: they are poor, they are happy. 雖然他們很窮,但很快樂。No matter what he says, I won't believe him.= he says, I won't believe him. 不管他說什么,我都不會相信他。[注意](al)though與but這兩個連詞不能用在同一個句子中。但though與yet,still可以同時出現在一個句子里(yet和still作副詞用)。二、分析與應用從下列方框中選擇適當的連詞填空。since;
