一、教學內容分析
本課時為語音課，主要學習5個元音字母A、E、I、O和U在重讀開音節中的發音。通過本課時的學習，學生將能夠識別開音節，掌握5個元音字母A、E、I、O和U在重讀開音節中的發音規則，并能利用規則準確地認讀生詞。
二、語篇分析
【What】 本課時包含一個chant語篇，小作者呼喚little Kate和他一起去戶外，放風箏、騎自行車，在大自然中體驗生活的美好。 【Why】 本課時chant的歌詞中有較多含有元音字母Aa、Ee、Ii、Oo和Uu的開音節單詞，可以幫助學生進一步感知元音字母Aa、Ee、Ii、Oo和Uu在重讀開音節中的發音規律。同時，歌詞引導學生養成良好的生活習慣，如早睡早起、多做運動等，呼應了本單元的主題。 【How】 該chant中有較多包含五個元音字母的開音節單詞，比如：Kate，late，fine，nine，kite，ride，cute，bike，no，go等，學生可以集中練習五個元音字母在重讀開音節中的發音規律。同時，該chant朗朗上口，內容充滿詩情畫意，能激發學生的閱讀興趣，從而使學生樂意開口練習、吟唱。
三、學情分析
在小學階段，學生已經認讀并識記英文字母和一些常見的單詞，能夠感知相同的元音字母在不同的單詞中的發音不同，這為本課時的學習打下了語言基礎。但是，學生對于元音字母的發音規則以及如何準確地發音了解的并不多。同時，大部分學生缺少音節的基本知識，需要進行比較系統的學習，以能更準確地認讀生詞。 七年級的學生活潑積極，采取看、聽、說、玩等活動方式，可以激發學生興趣和求知欲望。同時，應用多媒體課件，創設學生喜歡的情境，聲畫并茂，吸引學生的注意力，充分體現以學生為主體，師生互動，生生互動。在小組合作學習的過程中，進一步促進學生之間的相互了解。
四、教學目標
