Step 5 Language points
1. pick up 意為“拾起;撿起”,它是“動詞+副詞”構成的短語,若賓語為代 詞,須置于 pick 與 up 之間。
2. one another 意為“互相”,其同義短語為 each other。
3. for example 作“例如”講時,一般只以同類事物或人中的一個為例,作插入語,用逗號隔開,可置于句首、句中或句末。
4. in danger 意為“處于險境;在危險中”,其反義短語為 out of danger,意為“脫離危險”。
5. (be)made of 意為“由……制成”,此處 made 是 make 的過去分詞形式,表示被動意義。(be)made from 也表示“由……制成”,兩者區別如下:
