一、教材分析
What: 2a是一篇關(guān)于作者與寵物狗小華之間深厚關(guān)系的描述。文章主要講述了小華作為家庭一員，不僅在外貌上吸引人，性格上也極為友好，更重要的是，小華對作者（一位盲人）起到了重要的輔助和陪伴作用
Project內(nèi)容主要分為三項(xiàng)活動，逐步引導(dǎo)學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)動物園。
Why: 2a語篇中讓讀者了解作者與小華之間的深厚關(guān)系，以及小華在作者生活中的重要角色。同時(shí)，文章也傳遞了寵物與人類之間深厚的情感紐帶和相互依賴的關(guān)系。
Project的動物園設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)置真實(shí)場景，啟發(fā)學(xué)生的想象力和思維能力。
How: 2a語篇中采用了簡潔明了的敘述方式，通過描述小華的外貌特征、性格特點(diǎn)以及特殊功能來展示它的形象。最后，作者表達(dá)了對小華的深厚感情，并強(qiáng)調(diào)了它們之間的親密關(guān)系。
Project中通過對動物園設(shè)計(jì)并介紹自己的動物園，復(fù)習(xí)有關(guān)動物介紹的核心句式，建構(gòu)動物介紹的寫作結(jié)果與模式，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對語言的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力；最后一部分通過自我反思檢測學(xué)生的掌握效果。
二、教學(xué)內(nèi)容
復(fù)習(xí)本單元?jiǎng)游锝榻B的方式以及重點(diǎn)句型，列出動物介紹的內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.復(fù)習(xí)本單元所學(xué)的動物的名稱以及描述動物的形容詞。
2. 能夠?qū)⒈締卧鶎W(xué)的核心目標(biāo)語言遷移應(yīng)用到自己的寫作之中。。
3.通過不同方式的練習(xí)來熟練表達(dá)自己的喜好及描述不同的動物。
4.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語談?wù)搫游锾卣鞯谋磉_(dá)能力，樹立人類與動物和諧相處，共同生存，關(guān)愛動物，保護(hù)動物，愛護(hù)自然的意識。
四、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)
重點(diǎn)：1. 能綜合運(yùn)用本單元的知識介紹自己最喜歡的動物，并闡述喜歡的理由。
2. 能夠用書面的形式寫一篇關(guān)于自己最喜歡的動物的短文。
難點(diǎn)：能夠用書面的形式寫一篇關(guān)于自己最喜歡的動物的短文，并提升寫作句式。

Step 1 Lead in
1. Greetings.
2. Create a situation: Let’s go to the zoo!
Imagine you are in a zoo. What would you see there And what are they like？
3. Choose some students answer the questions.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】：對本單元課時(shí)中的重點(diǎn)詞匯和句型,對動物的表述進(jìn)行總結(jié)性的復(fù)習(xí)。溫故而知新，為接下來的寫作打好基礎(chǔ)。

3.Let’s read the text together, please work in groups and find out how does the writer introduces her god.

1. Let students work on 2b and write down their answers on the textbook.
2. Let students add more questions about describing the animals.

Find out some beautiful sentences from the text 1b and 2a. And write them in your notebook. And you can add more.

Step 5 Work on 3b
1. Let understand the elements and layout of the zoo, and learn the basic elements and steps in making a map.
2. You’re going to design a zoo. Choose some of the animals from 3a for your zoo. Give your reasons.

Step 6 Work on 3c
1. Let students draw a map of their zoo and present it to the class.
2. Let students introduce their map in class Using the expressions in the box.
3. Vote for the zoo you like.
Step 7 Reflecting
1. Let students reflect how well they learned according to the reflecting chart.
2. Think about the two big questions in this unit and try to answer them in your own words.
