本課主活動(dòng)是1a。通過學(xué)習(xí)1a,了解在中西方文化中相同的動(dòng)植物被賦予的不同含義。1b和1c是為檢測(cè)學(xué)生是否理解1a而設(shè)計(jì),2是針對(duì)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)而言的,3雖然是寫作任務(wù),但可以看做是繼續(xù)探討文化差異,只是讓學(xué)生自己去完成介紹文化差異的任務(wù)。了解文化差異,對(duì)于英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)非常重要,只有知道有差異,才能更好地理解英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的文化。通過本課的學(xué)習(xí),讓學(xué)生知道要學(xué)好英語(yǔ),不只是會(huì)說、會(huì)聽、會(huì)讀、會(huì)寫就夠了,還要理解文字所承載的文化。3的寫作任務(wù)需要較多時(shí)間才能充分完成,故留作課后作業(yè)讓學(xué)生獨(dú)立完成,在第四課時(shí)可以讓學(xué)生展示,但可以先處理3的詞匯。
