Ⅰ. Material analysis
本課要完成1a,1b,1c 和2。主活動(dòng)是1a和2。學(xué)生通過閱讀1a,繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)以書面形式呈現(xiàn)的一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài)的被動(dòng)語態(tài)。1b則讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用閱讀策略,找文章的中心句。1c讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)怎樣歸納總結(jié)文章的主要內(nèi)容。2是對(duì)1a 的補(bǔ)充,換個(gè)角度來說明英語的重要性。3a是小組活動(dòng),需要學(xué)生查找資料才能完成,3b是在3a的基礎(chǔ)之上進(jìn)行的寫作活動(dòng)。由于課堂限制,把這兩個(gè)部分作為課后作業(yè)來處理。通過學(xué)習(xí)English Around the World,讓學(xué)生進(jìn)一步了解英語的重要地位。讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到要成為一個(gè)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的有用之才,學(xué)好英語是非常有必要的。
Ⅱ.Teaching aims
1.Knowledge aims:
掌握本課的重點(diǎn)詞匯和短語,繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài)的被動(dòng)語態(tài)。
2.Skill aims:
能讀懂用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài)的被動(dòng)語態(tài)表達(dá)的文章。
能找出段落、文章的中心句。
能歸納,總結(jié)文章的主要內(nèi)容。
能根據(jù)需要,適當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用主動(dòng)語態(tài)和被動(dòng)語態(tài)。
能運(yùn)用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài)的被動(dòng)語態(tài),以口頭和書面的形式來表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn),寫出小短文。
3.Emotional aims: (optional)
通過學(xué)習(xí),激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)英語的需求,讓學(xué)生自發(fā)地從“要我學(xué)”變?yōu)椤拔乙獙W(xué)”,實(shí)現(xiàn)從外驅(qū)動(dòng)到內(nèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)變。

Ⅳ. Learning strategies
在1b這個(gè)活動(dòng)中,能運(yùn)用閱讀策略,迅速找出段落和文章的中心句。
在3a 中,要求學(xué)生能運(yùn)用各種資源獲取所需要的信息,如:能合理運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,向老師、同學(xué)、家長(zhǎng)求助等。學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用資源策略。
