Unit 3 English Around the World Topic 1 Section A（教學設計）
Ⅰ. Material analysis
本課主活動是1a和2a。通過談論去參觀迪尼斯樂園來引入English is widely spoken throughout the world并初步學習一般現在時態的被動語態。1a與1b以聽和讀的方式去感知一般現在時態的被動語態，1c則以書面形式來呈現它，2a讓學生觀察并歸納一般現在時被動語態的構成方法并在2b中以口頭形式再次操練。3通過聽故事，了解Mickey Mouse 的來歷。學生在學習本課之后，會了解英語的重要作用，從而樹立學好英語的遠大目標并通過英語這種語言工具，去探索豐富多彩的異域文化。
Ⅱ. Teaching aims
1.Knowledge aims：
掌握本課的重點詞匯和短語，初步學習一般現在時態的被動語態。
2.Skill aims:
能通過觀察嘗試總結出一般現在時態的被動語態的構成方法。
能運用一般現在時態的被動語態來進行聽、說、讀、寫活動。
3.Emotional aims: (optional)
讓學生知道英語的重要性并以此來增強他們學習英語的動力。
4.Culture awareness: (optional)
讓學生知道英語作為一種國際語言，在世界文化領域占有重要地位。
通過了解卡通人物，讓學生明白動漫電影是世界文化的重要組成部分。
Ⅲ. The key points and difficult points
1. Key points:

2. Difficult points：
能正確地以口頭和書面形式把一般現在時態的主動語態變成一般現在時態的被動語態。
能正確地運用動詞的過去分詞，尤其是不規則動詞的過去分詞。
Ⅳ.Learning strategies
通過不同的構詞法來培養學生猜測生詞的能力。
通過引導學生在聽前閱讀1b，培養學生形成聽前熟悉、預測聽力材料的習慣。
通過2a來培養學生的觀察和歸納能力。

You may begin like this “We are going to visit...., because we ...” Discuss in groups and choose a member to give a report as follows:S1: We are going to visit Egypt, because Egypt is one of the “Four Ancient Civilizations” and we can visit the Great Pyramids.S2: We are going to visit the U.S.A because we can visit Disneyland.S3:... 如果有條件，老師可以在大屏幕上展示一幅世界地圖，幫助學生減少選擇的時間。老師可以預先準備一些世界名勝的圖片。如果學生不能正確用英語表達，老師可以用英語展示出來。

Listen to 1a once and do 1b alone.Listen to 1a and fill in the blanks in 1c as quickly as possible. 在聽完1a 后，老師不要馬上核對答案，讓學生通過閱讀來自己核對答案，這樣可以讓學生帶著問題去閱讀。在學生做1c時，建議學生采用速記的方式。聽完錄音以后再完善答案。速記是學生在學習英語時應當掌握的技巧。

S1: We find they have the same structure “be+pp”.S2 :..Study and find out the rule.S1:I think the rule is “sth /sb +be動詞+by +pp”S2: I think the “be verb” can be “am ,is or are ”S3:...Play the game in 2b.Group One:S1: Wang Wei takes my pen.S2: My pen is taken.S3: My pen is taken by Wang Wei.Group Two:S1:...S2:...S3:... 與同伴互相檢查可以增強基礎好的學生的成就感，也可以減輕基礎差的學生害怕出錯的心理負擔。新課標倡導讓學生通過感知、體驗、觀察、歸納、總結來學習語言知識（尤其是語法）。老師在學生基本說出 “be 動詞+ PP”這個概念時，要馬上用中英文板書并明確告訴學生這就是本話題的語法重點——一般現在時態的被動語態。然后與學生一起總結一般現在時態的被動語態的構成方法。在2a 部分，老師不要急著把規律直接告訴給學生，應該讓學生自己去發現，這樣才能成為他們自己的東西，不要填鴨式地灌輸。待學生找出規律后，老師再進行講解。為了讓學生明白怎樣玩這個游戲，老師可以和基礎好的學生做個示范。老師最好在黑板上或者PPT上準備好第一個句子，這樣可以節約時間。讓學生自己發現問題、解決問題，才能體現自主學習。
