本課主活動是1a和2。1a 通過記者采訪Jane,詢問有關Jane 在環保組織的活動,引出話題內容:如何做一個環保人士。通過介紹在生活中如何踐行環保行為,自然地用到本話題的功能意念:提出建議。在提出建議的同時,又引出本話題的語法:并列句。1b是個難度比較高的聽力任務。它不是單純地考查聽寫,而是要求學生在聽懂內容的基礎上,對材料進行歸納之后再填空。1c是用第一人稱來轉述1a的內容,旨在向學生傳播環保理念。2是針對并列句而設計的專項語法訓練。3a和3b是在考查學生的垃圾分類意識之后,再通過聽對話來進行驗證。4再次讓學生對垃圾進行分類,以此來培養學生對垃圾再利用的環保理念。通過學習本課,可以增強學生的環保意識。培養學生在寫作時運用連接詞寫出比較連貫的句子的能力。
