Unit 1The Changing World Topic 3 Section D（教學設計）
Ⅰ. Material analysis
本課是復習課。學生通過Grammar和Functions來歸納總結since/for在現在完成時態中的運用并復習本話題的重要功能句。1a通過介紹“Project Hope”綜合復習現在完成時和一些重要的表達法。1b所提供的問題可以很好地培養學生“帶著問題閱讀”的習慣。同時，通過回答問題，讓學生把短文復述一遍。2在語法上是訓練學生在具體語境中運用動詞，檢測學生對不同時態的掌握和運用程度，在內容上則是與1a相呼應，舉例說明“Project Hope”的重要作用。Project部分則是讓學生了解更多的公益組織，從而激發學生關注不同的社會組織，倡導學生積極加入公益組織幫助他人。

通過完成任務1b，培養學生通過wh-questions(如：what，when等)理解說明文的能力。
通過2部分綜合語用能力的訓練，培養學生形成自我檢測和合理調控復習方案的能力。

It is an organization where a group of young people get together to help people in need… 有了課前資料信息的收集整理和課堂檢查，該部分Project的完成就會變得簡單，學生做起來會更有自信。教師應該不斷鼓勵學生，做好課前準備工作，提高學生收集素材和整理信息的能力。處理project時，可以適當縮短討論時間，給更多學生展示的機會。
