課標關(guān)于 本單元的 教學(xué)要求 主題: 本單元屬于“人與自然”范疇中“熱愛與敬畏自然,與自然和諧共生”子主題內(nèi)容。 本單元以 “ Animal Friends” 為主題,通過三個日常對話、一篇記敘文、一個項目任務(wù) “設(shè)計動物園”等多種形式,圍繞 “Why are animals important ” 這一大問題展開,單元內(nèi)容旨在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注動物,了解動物的特點、習(xí)性及其在生活中的作用,同時培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、思考和表達能力。通過本單元的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生不僅能夠培養(yǎng)團隊合作精神和批判性思維能力,還能提升保護動物的意識,發(fā)自內(nèi)心地尊重自然、愛護動物。
課標、教參關(guān)于本課中的要求及建議 要求: 1.能夠以小組為單位，在組內(nèi)設(shè)計動物園地圖，并撰寫演講稿對其設(shè)計理念進行準確的介紹。 2. 能夠展示規(guī)劃合理、清晰美觀的動物園地圖及合理的設(shè)計原因。 建議: 1.教師可引導(dǎo)學(xué)生應(yīng)用以下相關(guān)句型介紹自己設(shè)計的動物園, “Here you can see …” “ These animals are …” 2.學(xué)生在展示與答辯時，能夠做到表達清晰、內(nèi)容詳實、有真情實感、有團隊協(xié)作。
本課 教學(xué) 目標 1. 學(xué)習(xí)理解:能夠運用本單元所學(xué)語言，設(shè)計動物園，并用文段對動物園設(shè)計理念進行介紹，參與班級評選。 2. 應(yīng)用實踐:能夠根據(jù)“最佳動物園”設(shè)計大賽需求，團隊合作完成動物園的設(shè)計。 3. 遷移創(chuàng)新:能夠通過動物園的設(shè)計的分享，增進對動物的了解、培養(yǎng)社會責(zé)任感、鍛煉設(shè)計能力和團隊合作。
教學(xué) 重難點 重點: 綜合使用本單元所學(xué)的有關(guān)動物話題的詞匯和句型，設(shè)計動物園，并對其設(shè)計理念進行介紹。
難點: 在小組合作設(shè)計動物園的過程中，分工合作、有效溝通，共同解決問題。

教學(xué)過程 設(shè)計意圖
Step 1. Lead-in Read the task card to learn about their task in this class. Step 2. Know the animals 1.Show some footprint of animals and description to help Ss recognize the animals. 2.Encourage Ss to have a brainstorming about animals in different places, such as land, water and sky. Then, divide them into some groups. In groups, they should take turns to think of an animal. Describe it. Guess one another’s animals and write them down in the table. 3. Provide examples to help Ss to describe the animals from different aspects. Step 3. Choosing animals Choose the animals for the zoo and tell the reasons based on the tips. Sa: I will choose elephants. They are strong and clever. They are also a symbol of good luck. They are huge. They can pick up and carry heavy things. They are very kind too. Step 4. Designing the zoo 1.Think of a name for the zoo. Try to make the name special. 2.Provide some advice on what we should or shouldn’t do while planning the areas. 3.Show a map of a zoo and guide ss to sum up the elements. According to the sample map, ss try to draw simple maps of the zoo with different animals in different areas. Step 5. Showing the design The teacher encourages ss to show their zoos and introduce them to the class. Provide some sentence structures. Then offer the sample writing and checklist. Sa: Welcome to our zoo! This is... Here you can see ... Step 6. Summary Let the students summarize the key knowledge in the lesson by themselves. T: T: Animals are our best friends! Protecting animals is protecting ourselves! Step 7. Homework 1.Write an article to the zoo with less than 100 words according to the chosen animals and the map in class. 2.Finish the exercise book. 創(chuàng)設(shè)動物園研學(xué)情境，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，導(dǎo)入本課的動物園話題，使學(xué)生明確本課任務(wù)。 在“看腳印猜動物”的游戲中，學(xué)生觀察動物腳印，閱讀動物描述，進而猜測動物，學(xué)習(xí)描述更多動物，為下一步動物園的籌備做準備。 積極創(chuàng)設(shè)展示機會，在為動物園選擇動物的情境中，保持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。 繼續(xù)在設(shè)計動物園的情境中，依照想名稱、定位置、串路線等設(shè)計步驟，嘗試運用所學(xué)語言解決實際問題，規(guī)劃動物園游覽路線圖。 以小組為單位，在班級前進行成果展示，分享他們的動物園設(shè)計方案、設(shè)計過程中的挑戰(zhàn)與收獲、對動物園未來的展望等。
