學情分析 學生在前幾課已對規則的表達有基本的了解。但學生缺乏系統化的梳理和整合能力,因此教師應該引導學生使用觀察和小組討論等形式進行整合,幫助學生搭好寫作的腳手架。

Step 2 Presentation 1. Ask Ss to read the sentences in mar and answer two questions:.a.Which sentences are imperative sentences b.Which sentences contain modal verbs What are the modal verbs 2.Guide students to learn the main knowledge points of imperative sentences and modal verbs-can, must, have to. 1. Read the sentences and answer the questions.2. Summarize the imperative and the usages of modal verbs.
Step 3 Practice 1. Let Ss finish 3b by using modal verbs.2. Lead Ss look at the example in 3b and then ask Ss to write the rules for the other signs. Finish the activities.
Step 4 Production 1. Let Ss work in group and choose one place. Then draw some signs to show the rules and give some explanation.2. Invite some groups to show their signs and explain what they mean. Work in group to think about more rules for one place.
