教學目標 能綜合運用本單元所學的單詞及句型進行交流。（語言能力） 2. 培養(yǎng)學生熱愛動物、熱愛大自然的意識，懂得人與自然需要和諧共處。（文化意識） 3. 能對重點知識進行分類歸納總結(jié)。（思維品質(zhì)） 4. 能在學習過程中認真思考、主動探究。（學習能力）
教學重點 能用核心句型和詞匯對動物進行描述。
教學難點 能在真實情景中靈活運用本單元的重點句型。
教學過程 批注
Step 1 Warm-up & Revision 視頻導入，活躍課堂氣氛。
1. 教師熱情地和學生打招呼問好，作簡單的Free talk。 2. Watch and do. 教師播放視頻《Let’s go to the zoo》，學生邊看視頻，邊做視頻中動物的動作。
Step 2 Presentation & Practice 通過“營救小羊”情景、完成學習任務，貫穿本課時的內(nèi)容，增加學習的趣味性，吸引學生的注意。 通過形狀判斷動物，培養(yǎng)學生的觀察能力。 通過多樣化的游戲任務，復習舊知，鞏固所學知識。 自我檢測與評價，檢測對本單元重點知識的掌握程度，針對性地進行提高與改善。
情景故事《營救小羊》：大灰狼抓住了小羊，想要營救小羊，必須完成幾個任務。 T: Look! What happened to the sheep Ss: ... T: Yes. It’s caught by the Big Wolf. What does the Big Wolf say Ss: ... T: OK! Let’s finish the tasks and save the sheep. Task 1: Say out the names of the animals. 課件出示一些學習過的動物的形狀，學生猜測是什么動物。 T: Now I’ll show you some shapes of the animals. Can you guess what
animals they are Ss: ... Task 2: Say out the words in English. 課件以多種形式出示中文意思，學生說出對應的英文單詞。 Task 3: Describe the animals. 課件出示多種動物及描述動物的形容詞，學生用句型“The _______
are _______.”進行描述。 Task 4: Play a game. 教師請學生兩人一組，隨機指圖片，按照要求完成相應的任務。（也可通過其他游戲方式完成任務） （2）師生共同核對答案。 T: Boys and girls, look at Picture 1. What is it Ss: It’s a chameleon. T: Is it cute Ss: No, it isn’t. It’s small. T: Now please look at Picture 2 carefully. Is it a giraffe Ss: Yes, it is. T: Good! Look at Picture 3. It’s a ... Ss: Lion. T: Great! Look at Picture 4. Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 課本知識的延伸，實現(xiàn)了跨學科融合，打破學科界限，開闊視野，從多個角度理解知識，從而增進對知識的理解和掌握。
Task 5: Get more knowledges about the animals. （1）Read and draw. 課件出示該部分的圖片及內(nèi)容，學生閱讀并完成習題：在白天活動的動物卡片后面畫月亮；在夜間活動的動物卡片后面畫太陽；在白天和夜間都活動的動物后面同時畫月亮和太陽。 （2）Choose an plete the fact card. 學生選擇一種動物，完成關于該種動物的信息卡片。例如： Name: frog Colour: green They sleep during the day. They are active at night. （3）Present your animal fact card to the class. 教師請幾名學生上臺，對完成的動物卡片進行描述，如： It’s a frog. It’s green. They sleep during the day. They are active at night. （4）Enjoy a video about animals. 教師播放關于動物的英文視頻，學生欣賞。 （5）Some interesting knowledges about animals. 教師播放關于動物的一些有趣知識的視頻。 營救小羊成功。 T: We save the sheep.
