I think the first question sounds more polite.
*雖然情態動詞can 和 could 均可用來提出請求，但could語氣較為委婉，客氣。
*Could you please… 禮貌、委婉地提出請求的句式。

We use Can I… or Can we… When we ask permission to do something.

We use Can you… When we ask someone to do something for us (a request).
e.g. Can you buy some bread 你能買一些面包嗎？
Can you turn off the radio 你能關上收音機嗎？

Could you please后加動詞原形表示委婉的請求。
肯定回答常用Sure/Certainly/Of course.
否定回答常用Sorry, I can’t.
一般不用No回答，用No顯得態度生硬，不禮貌。
注：could是情態動詞can的過去式，但在本句中Could you do… 不表示過去，而是用以表示禮貌、委婉或不確定的語氣。
could與can的區別
could與can都是情態動詞，could是can的過去式。二者都可用于表示請求。但是用法稍有不同。
could表示有禮貌的請求，語氣委婉，常用于非熟人之間或晚輩對長輩，下級對上級的場合。
e.g. —Could you tell us if it snows in winter in Australia
—Sure.
can表示一般性的請求，語氣隨便，常用于熟人之間或長輩對晚輩，上級對下級的場合；
