當(dāng)患者進(jìn)餐過于急促或進(jìn)餐時(shí)與人大聲說笑從而導(dǎo)致食物卡在咽喉部或患者不小心吞咽異物等情況，使異物進(jìn)入氣道，發(fā)生呼吸道梗阻，患者出現(xiàn)呼吸困難甚至窒息、昏迷、心臟停跳，可用海姆立克急救法(Heimlich Maneuver)立即進(jìn)行急救。
海姆立克急救法是利用肺部殘余氣體，按壓腹部形成氣流沖出梗阻異物，使患者恢復(fù)正常呼吸。
