一、第一段寫法
開篇句+背景句+目的句
開篇句：問候或自我介紹。注意：如果是一封回信，就不需要開篇句。
如寫給外教——I’m Li Hua, one of your students (in the…class.) 我是李華，是你（…課上）的學生。
如寫給外國同學——How is everything going？最近好嗎？或根據節日問好，如Happy New Year！
如寫給社會人(求職信申請信等)——I’m Li Hua, a high school student from… 我是李華，一名來自…學校的高中生
——I’m Li Hua, an exchange student from China.
——I’m Li Hua, who is responsible for the…program 我是李華，是…項目的負責人
背景句+目的句：Learning/Knowing/Informed that……, I’m writing to +動詞短語
了解到/得知/被告知……，我寫信想……(目的) 特別強調：中間是逗號，不能寫半句！！
I…，so I’m writing to… 我怎么了，所以我想寫信……
常見寫信目的（放到writing to的后面）
1.分享某事 share with you something about it.
2.邀請參加某活動 invite you to join in……
3.向你推薦… recommend…to you
4.向你求助 ask you to do me a favour/seek for your help
5.申請…職位 apply for the position as…
6.表達對…的感激 express my gratitude for your (doing) sth
7.因為…表達真誠歉意 express my sincere apology as+句子/express my sincere apology for (not) doing sth
8.告訴你一些相關細節 inform you of some relevant details
9.詢問你一些相關信息 ask you about some relevant information
10.表達對……的真誠祝賀express my sincere congratulations on your doing sth
如：被…錄取 being admitted to …university； 贏得了…比賽 winning the …competition
11.尋求關于如何做某事的指導 seek some guidance on how to do sth
二、第三段寫法
建議信：Please contact me anytime if you meet further questions and hope that things will get better soon.
我希望你會考慮以下我的建議，希望事情會有好轉。（寫給遇到問題的朋友)
I’d appreciate it if you could take my suggestions into account.
如果你能考慮以下我的建議我將不勝感激。（寫給輩分比你高的人，組織機構，團體負責人等等）
感謝信：Once again, please allow me to express my sincere gratitude.Your kindness will stay fresh in my mind forever.
再一次，請允許我表達我的真誠感謝。你的善意會永遠銘刻在我的心理。
祝賀信：All my best wishes for an even more prosperous future
祝愿你前塵似錦。
申請信：I hope that I can meet your requirements and will be grateful if you could give me a kind consideration.
邀請信：I really hope that you can come.Looking forward to your reply.
道歉信：Please allow me to say sorry to you again and hope that you will be able to understand my situation.
推薦信：（自薦) I would appreciate it if you could give me this opportunity.
(推薦別人)I would appreciate it if you could take him into account.
(推薦事物)I hope that my recommendation will be a help to you.
詢問信：I would appreciate it if you could inform me of more details.Looking forward to your early reply.

三、中間段常用內容
1.陳述問題類
The biggest headache is that …… 最頭疼的是……
Another concern is that…… 另一件讓人擔心的事情是……
Sb find it difficult/challenging to do sth 某人覺得做某事很難/很有挑戰性.
2.表達建議+該建議的價值
Personally, it would be wise of you to do ....Only in this way can you…….
在我看來，…是明智的。只有這樣你才能夠……
Besides, I strongly advise you to do ...，which must be a help with sth.
此外，我強烈建議你做某事, 這肯定能夠幫到…
Last but not least, you might as well try doing sth ...You are sure to benefit a lot from it.
最后但同樣重要的是，你不妨試著做某事。你一定會從中獲益良多。
3.強調重要性類
As is widely acknowledged,……plays an important role in our life/in Chinese history.
眾所周知，……在我們的生活中/在中國歷史上扮演著重要的角色。
There is no denying that (doing) sth is of great significance.毫無疑問…,…很重要
The importance of doing sth shouldn’t be ignored/underestimated.做某事的重要性不可忽視/低估。
4.提出個人觀點+ 佐證觀點
My point is that…….For one thing……, for another…… 我的觀點是……。一方面……，另一方面……
In my view/As far as I am concerned,…. For one thing…, for another… 在我看來，…一方面……，另一方面……

四、各信件類應用文寫作模版
一、求助信
P1: 問候+寫信契機+寫信目的
How’s everything with you I’m faced with some problems in……, so I’m writing to ask for your help.
P2: 說明問題
My problems are as follows.To begin with, I find it difficult to do sth, which upsets me a lot.Besides, another concern is that I can’t…….What’s worse, I have trouble in……because….What should I do

二、建議信
P1: 寫信契機+寫信目的
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble now and I’m writing to offer you some advice.
P2: 提出建議+說明理由
Personally, it would be wise of you to do ....Only in this way can you see improvement.
Besides, I strongly advise you to do ...，which must be a help.
Last but not least, you might as well try doing sth ... You are sure to benefit a lot from it.

三、感謝信

六、推薦信
P1: 寫信背景+寫信目的

(1)開頭段：說明祝賀事由

有消息稱...,我寫信向你表達我最真誠的祝賀。
或：I’m delighted/pleased/glad/excited to hear/learn/know that you have won first prize in the contest, so I’m writing to express/convey my congratulations.
(2)中間段：陳述對方獲得成功的原因
I know how talented you are and how hard you’ve worked to attain the goal.You are bound to be successful sooner or later in my eyes.我知道你多么有才華，你為達到這個目標，工作有多努力。在我看來，你遲早會成功。
You couldn’t have made such remarkable achievements without your continuous effort.
