Divide students into groups of 4 - 5. Each group chooses a cuisine ( Chinese or another country's)and brainstorms dish ideas. Provide a list of useful vocabulary and sentence structures for describing food.Step 3 Work on 3bGroups begin drafting their menus , including dish names, prices, and optional ingredients.Encourage them to add visual elements if possible.Step 4 Work on 3cGroups swap menus and use the provided checklist to evaluate each other's work. They thena"discuss their findings and suggest improvements,Step 5 Work on 3d & Reflecting1. Pair students from different groups and ask them to role-play, ordering food from each other's menus. Encourage the use of polite language and negotiation skills.2. Guide students to name food , drink and special dishes. Help them to sum up countable and uncountable nouns for food and drink. Ask them to think the importance of making good food choices and developing healthy eating habits.Step 6 SummaryEach group presents their final menu to the class , highlighting any changes made based on feedback.
