Yu Gong Moves a Mountain
Once upon a time, there was a very old man. There were two mountains near his house. They were so high and big that it took a long time to walk to the other side. Then the old man told his family that they should all help him to move the mountains, He wanted to put all the earth and stone from the mountains into the sea because it's big enough to hold everything. So they all started digging the next day.
Yu Gong and his family began to move some of the earth and stone to the sea. One day, a man saw Yu Gong and his children when they were working on moving the mountains. He told Yu Gong that he could never do it, because he was old and weak. As soon as the man finished talking. Yu Gong said that his family could continue to move the mountains after he died. His family would live and grow, but the mountains could not get bigger. So Yu Gong and his family kept on digging day after day and year after year.
Finally, a god was so moved by Yu Gong that he sent two gods to take the mountains away.
This story reminds us that you can never know what's possible unless you try to make it happen.

so與that也可連起來寫, 即變成：… so that … (以便/為了……), 引導目的狀語從句。
常用句型為：

3.You must go now so that you won't be late.

so…that 的句型結構：
1）so + 形容詞/副詞+ that
2）so + 形容詞 + a/an + 單數可數名詞 + that
3）so + many/much/few/little + 名詞 + that
such…that 的句型結構：
1）such + a/an + 形容詞 + 單數可數名詞 + that
2）such + 形容詞 + 復數可數名詞 + that
3）such + (形容詞) + 不可數名詞 + that
unless
unless：意為“除非；如果不”。
引導條件狀語從句時，時態遵循“主將從現”原則。
unless引導條件狀語從句時，相當于if…not,
但是虛擬條件句中不能用unless。
要不是醫生救了他，他就沒命了。

(2) unless表示條件時, 后可接現在分詞短語。
unless還可用作介詞，意思是“除……以外”。
