語篇分析 What: 本課時是一節讀寫教學課，本課的語篇內容是一封客戶對入住過的酒店的評價信。語篇圍繞著子話題“A terrible weekend”展開，吳斌斌一家人周末去到一家假日酒店度假，但是酒店的設施，服務，管理都存在著很大的問題，給顧客帶來了很差的體驗，酒店管家收到評價信立馬上報給經理，經理經過深思熟慮后覺得改善酒店的各個方面，希望能得到顧客的好評。Why: 學生通過閱讀本篇內容，復習鞏固一般過去時動詞的規則變化和不規則變化，以及能在恰當的情境中運用過去式談論發生的事情，同時能了解酒店文化，了解投訴信的基本故事，做一個有責任感的人。How: 本節課分為讀、寫兩部分，圍繞著“遇到投訴—找出問題—解決問題”這一主線，按照讀前、讀中和讀后三大步驟設計一系列的閱讀任務，讓學生讀懂文章，提出自己的想法，然后再進行文本重構，然后讓學生進行仿寫、改寫、創寫，培養語言的綜合運用能力。
教學目標教學重點、難點 在圖片的幫助下理解評價信的大意，找出差評的關鍵信息，完成相關的閱讀任務。（學習理解）用正確的語音語調朗讀句子和語篇，分析歸納總結差評的原因，并完成Mrs Broom給經理的信件。（應用實踐）發現問題，分析問題，處理問題，完成酒店經理給吳家的道歉信并提出合理的改良方案。（遷移創新）

設計意圖：本階段學習活動旨在幫學生在語境中理解學習內容，學習核心詞匯和核心語言。學生在教師的指導下看圖預測對話內容，在跟讀模仿中模仿正確的語音語調，內化語言，為語言輸出奠定基礎。
