My favourite writer is Mo Yan. Mo Yan is his pen name. His real name is Guan Moye. In 2012, he became the first Chinese who won the Nobel Prize in Literature.
Mo Yan was born in a farmer’s family. When he was 11, he dropped out of school. His hobby is reading. He tried his best to find books to read. In 1981, his first story came out. He became famous in 1987 when his novel Red Sorghum was made into a film by the director, Zhang
