(1)作形容詞 相當(dāng)于healthy, 常放在連系動詞之后作表語。keep fit / healthy意為“保持健康”。
如:Running is one of the best ways to keep fit.
跑步是保持健康的最佳方式之一。
(2)作動詞]適合,合身→過去式為fitted, 其主語通常是表示衣服、鞋襪等的名詞或代詞。fit (...) well很適合 (……)
