1. Who gives their opinions about the problem
opinion是名詞,意為“意見;想法;看法”,多與介詞 of, on 或about連用,既可用作可數(shù)名詞,也可用作不可數(shù)名詞;常用于短語:in one's opinion.... 意為“在某人看來”。
如:I can't agree with your opinion in this respect. 在這方面,我不贊同你的意見。

2.Maybe I could cut out a few of their activities,but I believe these activities are important for my children’s future.
cut out是動詞短語,意為“刪除;刪去”,
cut sth out相當(dāng)于stop doing。
如:I cut out the paragraph in this article.我刪除了這篇文章的一個段落。
In some families,competition starts very young and continues until the kids get older.
continue to do sth是持續(xù)做完一件事再做別的事; continue doing sth. 是指做一件事中斷后再繼續(xù)做這件事。
如:After finishing my homework ,I continue to help my mother with housework.
寫完作業(yè)后幫媽媽做家務(wù)。
After finishing my homework ,I continue helping my mother with housework.

And they are always comparing them with other children. 他們總是將他們和其他的孩子比較。
(1)compare是動詞,意為“比較”。
如:I compared the copy with the original, but there was not much difference. 我比較了復(fù)印件和原件,但是差別不是很大。
(2)compare...with...意為“比較;對比”。
如:Compare this new TV set with the old one, you will see which is better.將這臺新電視機與舊電視機一比,你就會看出哪一臺更好一些。

be always doing sth. 意為“總是做某事”
always與進行時連用時,常表達說話人的某
種情緒,如贊揚、不滿、責(zé)備等。

She is always playing her mobile phone. 她總是玩手機。
【特別提醒】be always doing sth.. 不強調(diào)動作正在進行。

此處cut out 是一個短語動詞,表示“刪除;剪下”或是“剪下;停止;戒除;突然熄火”等。代詞作賓語時,只能放在cut與out之間。再如:
Don’t cut your parents out of your lives. 不要把父母從你的生活中趕出去。
If you cut out the drinking, you’d feel much healthier. 如果你戒酒,就會覺得身體好很多。
The comma is unnecessary. Please cut it out.
