46-year-old Xiong Liang is a nurse at Hunan Children’s Hospital. Since June 15, 2024, she has set up a stall (攤位) near Liuyang River in Changsha on weekends. There she teaches people how to do emergency rescue (救援) acts such as CPR (心肺復蘇). She has taught more than 12,000 people.
