【用法】
① ride 作動詞，意為“騎；乘”，
常用搭配：ride a bike 騎自行車； ride a horse 騎馬。
② ride 能與介詞 in 或 on 連用，表示一種狀態，意為“坐/ 騎在”。
③ ride 還可以作名詞，意為“(乘車或騎車的) 短途旅程”。
常用搭配：go for a ride 乘車兜風； give sb. a ride 捎某人一程。

【用法】
right now 的不同含義：
① 意為“現在”，同義短語為 at the moment，常用于一般現在時或現在進行時。
② 意為“立刻，馬上”。
同義短語為at once/ right away/in a m inute/ in no time。

at the moment 也可以寫成 at this moment。相當于now 或right now，

for a moment 片刻，一會兒；暫時
wait a moment 等一會兒；稍等一下
just a moment 等一會兒，稍等一下

【用法】
work on 是一個常用短語，意為“從事于；致力于”，
通常用來描述某人正在進行的活動或任務。
work on 后面通常跟名詞或動名詞（即動詞的-ing 形式），
表示正在進行的工作或活動。

【句式分析】
此句為現在進行時的特殊疑問句。What 是疑問代詞，主語是you，right now 是時間狀語，屬于“特殊疑問詞+ be (am, is, are) + 主語+ doing + 其他？” 結構。
【句式結構】
① 現在進行時的特殊疑問句句式結構：特殊疑問詞+ am/is/are + 主語+ 動詞的-ing 形式 + 其他
② 回答時，通常使用 “主語+ be 動詞+ 動詞的-ing+ 其他”的形式。
③ be 動詞要與主語的人稱一致。

你姐姐此刻在做什么？

【句式分析】
這句話是 Could you... 句式，用于委婉地提出請求。Could 是情態動詞，比can 更委婉、客氣，you是主語，tell 是謂語動詞，him/her 是賓語，to call me back 是賓語補足語。
【句式結構】
Could you… 意為“你能……嗎？”，用來表示委婉的請求。
① 肯定回答可用：Sure./Of course./Certainly. “當然可以。”；

【例句】

—No problem. 沒問題。
—Could I use your phone, please 請讓我用一下你的電話可以嗎？
—I’m sorry. I need to keep my phone with me at the moment.
對不起，我現在需要隨身攜帶手機。
考點 7：Could I speak to…, please
【句式分析】
這句話是 Could I... 句式，屬于“情態動詞 +主語 + 動詞原形 +其他？”結構，意為“我能……嗎？”，是請求對方允許自己做某事的句型。Could 是情態動詞，主語為I，speak 是謂語動詞。
【句式結構】
Could l speak to...please 意為“請問我能和……通話嗎 ”是打電話的常用語相當于“May I speak to... please ”。
could 是情態動詞，用在句子開頭表示請求，不表示過去，語氣比can更委婉。

常見的電話用語 請某人接電 話的常用語 Hello! Is ...in 你好！……在嗎？
