任務型閱讀題測試學生讀懂應用型文本，理解任務，用英語解決日常生活和學習中遇到的各種問題的能力。此類題型的文本話題范圍廣泛、內容豐富，通常與日常生活息息相關。任務的設計主要針對實際生活中各種有目的的活動，如訂票、訂旅館、借書、收發郵件、購物、制定計劃、信息歸類和畫示意圖等，文本類型豐富，涵蓋說明書、商場購物導讀、圖書索引表、網頁、統計表、調查表、價目表、時間表、廣告、旅游計劃表、流程圖、地圖等。

任務型閱讀通常有5個小題。常見題型有完成表格型、回答問題型、句子還原型、綜合多元型等。具體答題形式主要有：圖文配對，補全句子，根據文本邏輯給小標題排序，用所給句子補全文章，根據文本完成信息圖表、流程圖或結構圖，概括段落標題，運用所學的語言知識和生活經驗或常識來設計與規劃活動，如設計一個廣告、計劃一次旅游日程等。
任務型閱讀的關鍵是看清并理解所給的任務是什么，要求我們如何完成任務。其基本過程就是:閱讀(信息輸人)→判斷、分析、概括、推理(信息加工與處理)→答題(信息輸出)。具體說來，任務型閱讀的解題策略包括以下幾個方面:
認真審題，明確任務
任務型閱讀一般提供一段或幾段閱讀材料，在材料后設置5個任務。做題時應先閱讀所給的任務，明確任務是什么，任務形式是怎樣的，再帶著任務去閱讀材料，這樣就能做到心中有數，有針對性地去讀，并能提高閱讀效率。
快速閱讀，掌握大意
明確任務后，迅速閱讀全文來了解文章的主要內容，以及文章的情感基調，作者的意
圖、態度傾向，結合生活經驗輔助理解。
緊扣原文，對應分析
立足于所給的文本，根據任務要求從原文中過濾出關鍵詞，如步驟的描述、段落總結
等，并進行對應分析，幫助快速且準確地鎖定有效信息，確保答題的準確性。
讀寫結合，準確表達
所給的任務如果需要寫單詞，要注意拼寫正確、詞形和詞性變化準確、大小寫規范；
若所要完成的任務是填寫短語或句子成分，則需依據所給題干，分析句子成分，進行準確表達。
復讀全文，認真檢查
完成任務后，重新審視材料，進行仔細檢查，確保所寫的答案符合題目要求。

If you stayed up or had a bad night of sleep last night, you know it’s difficult to stay awake in class today. Your teacher’s voice might begin to sound like a lullaby (搖籃曲). To keep yourself awake, some tips are worth trying in class.
Sit in the front of the room. Why Besides, you’ll stay awake more possibly if you know that the teacher can see you easily. You’ll also be near the people who are more likely to take part, and the sound of their voices might keep you awake.
Get involved in class activities. Ask and answer questions and pay attention to the class. This will help if you’re tired or feel bored of the class, because you can ask your teacher questions to get to the bottom of the problems. Talking will also help.
