How do you keep yourself healthy
Experts (專家) agree that a healthy lifestyle is the best way to keep healthy. You can’t just watch what you eat. You can’t just exercise either. You have to eat well and exercise.
Eat well
Choose wisely from among the four food groups. These groups are fruit and vegetables, grain (谷物), dairy products (乳制品) and meat. Do not eat sweet or salty food between meals. Also, drink eight glasses of water a day.

The Silk Road is the name of different roads that long ago connected (連接) Europe, Africa and Asia. People got to these different places along these roads. Scientists believe people began to travel along the Silk Road about 3, 000 years ago.
