First, keeping fit is very important. I run every day after school and play basketball at weekends. I also try to
have balanced meals with more vegetables and fruit, and less junk food like chips. Second, good habits help a
lot. I always finish homework on time and keep my room clean and tidy. This helps me feel organized.
Third, joining in activities is great. I often help my classmates with their studies. Helping others makes me happy
and teaches me a lot. Finally, reading books and stories is a good way to learn from others. They teach me
important things like how to tell the truth.
By doing these things every day, I know I can become a better self step by step.
