：句型結構
)
主句型一:
主語+be動詞+the十形容詞最高級+名詞+表示范圍的介詞短語
例: That's the tallest dinosaur in this hall．
那是這個廳里最高的恐龍。
本句中的tallest是形容詞tall的最高級形式，最高級常用于三者或三者以上的人或事物之間的比較。
主句型二:
A+be動詞+形容詞比較級+than+B
例: It's taller than both of us together．
它比我倆加起來還高。
此句型主要用于兩者之間進行比較，當要對兩個事物進行比較時，就會用到此較級，than后的主語如果是代詞，也可以用賓格形式。
主句型三:
They're all so big and tall．
它們都又大又高。
all意為“全部，都”，指三個或三個以上的人或物。
主句型四:
問句: How tall+be動詞+主語
答句: 主語+be動詞+數字+長度單位
此句型是由how引導的用于詢問某人的身高或某物的高度的特殊疑問句，be動詞隨著主語的人稱和數的變化而變化。
例: How tall are you 你有多高
I'm 1．65 meters． 我1．65米高。
主句型五:
問句:What size is/are+衣服/鞋帽
答語:
1． Size+數字。
2． I wear size+數字(衣服/鞋帽)
3． My+衣服/鞋帽+is/are+數字．
What size意為“什么尺碼”，用來詢問服裝、鞋帽的尺碼，句中 shoes是復數形式，所以be動詞用are。
例: What size are your shoes 你穿多大號的鞋
Size 7．7號鞋。
I wear size 7 shoes．我穿7號鞋。
My shoes are size7．我的鞋子是7號。
主句型六:
Your feet are bigger than min．你的腳比我的大。
在這個句子當中，比較的雙方是your feet和my feet，為了避免重復，用名詞性物主代詞mine代替my feet．
主句型七:
問句: How heavy+be動詞+主語 答句:主語+be動詞+數詞+重量單位
這是一個由how引導的詢問人的體重或物體的重量的特殊疑問句，句中be動詞隨主語的人稱和數的變化而變化。
例: How heavy are you 你體重多少
I'm 60 kilograms．我60千克。
主句型八:
It is getting lower and lower,but his shadow is getting longer and longer．
它正變得“越來越低”，可是他的影子卻變得“越來越長”，
兩者都是“形容詞比較級+and+形容詞比較級”結構，意為“越來越……”

：語法解析
)
形容詞的比較級
1．形容詞比較級在句子中的運用：兩個事物或人的比較用比較級，比較級后面一般帶有單詞:than． than 后的人稱代詞用主格（口語中可用賓格）
2．形容詞加er的規則:
①一般在詞尾加er;
②以字母e結尾，加r; 如:nice---nicer
③以一個元音字母和一個輔音字母結尾，應雙寫末尾的輔音字母，再加er ;
如:big---bigger thin----thinner
④以“輔音字母+y”結尾，先把y變i，再加er。
如：heavy----heavier
3．不規則形容詞比較級:
good/well-better
例句:
① It's taller than both of us together．它比我倆加起來還高。
② Your feet are bigger than mine．你的腳比我的大。
③ I’m heavier than you．我比你重。
