形容詞和副詞的比較級
一、用法
表示兩者（人或事物）的比較。
二、規則變化
變化規則 示例
直接在詞尾加 -er longer（更長的）
以不發音的 e 結尾，加 -r nicer（更美好的）, later（更晚的）
單音節/部分雙音節形容詞/副詞，以 “輔音字母+y” 結尾，變 y為i ，加 -er easier（更容易的）, happier（更開心的）
以 單個輔音字母 結尾的 重讀閉音節，雙寫輔音字母，加 -er bigger（更大的）, hotter（更熱的）, thinner（更瘦的）
多音節/部分雙音節形容詞/副詞，在詞前加 more（肯定比較）或 less（否定比較） more expensive（更貴的）, less expensive（更便宜的）
三、不規則變化
需單獨記憶，巧記口訣：壞和病，多和好；一個遠來一個老。little是少不是小。
bad, badly, ill → worse（更壞的/更糟的）
many, much → more（更多的）
good, well → better（更好的）
far → farther/further（更遠的）
old → older/elder（更老的/年長的）
little → less（更少的）
四、常用句型
A + 謂語 + 比較級 + than + B（A比B更……）
Mike is taller than Bob. 邁克比鮑勃高。
Which/Who + 謂語 + 比較級, A or B （A和B，誰更……？）
Who works harder, Mary or Linda 誰學習更努力，瑪麗還是琳達？
比較級 + and + 比較級（越來越……）
Now the weather gets colder and colder. 現在天氣變得越來越冷。
The比較級 ...., the 比較級（越來越……）
The more you eat, the fatter you will be. 你吃得越多，就會越胖。
the + 比較級 + of the two（兩者中更……的）
Tom is the taller of the two. 湯姆是這兩個人中較高的。
比較級 + than any other + 單數名詞（比其他任何……都更……）
I think Beijing is more beautiful than any other city in China. 我認為北京比中國其他任何一座城市都漂亮。
五、同級比較結構
as + 原級 + as（和……一樣……） This room is as big as that one. 這個房間和那個房間一樣大。
not as/so + 原級 + as（不如……） It isn’t as/so warm today as it was yesterday. 今天不如昨天暖和。
六、注意
比較級前可用 a little, a bit, much, a lot, even, far 等修飾，加強程度（如：much taller 高得多）。
