New Year’s Day and the Lantern Festival are not strange to us Chinese people. But people hardly know there’s another traditional festival—the Nüwa Festival. There are several popular ways passed down among the people to celebrate this day. It might surprise you that they mainly throw pancakes! Nüwa is a goddess known for repairing the sky.
