The Forbidden City is where the emperors and their royal family lived during the ancient times, which is of great historical and cultural significance. Also, it reflects the wisdom and hard work of Chinese people. As for the Tian'anmen Square, with the national flag swinging in the wind, once people arrive there, a feeling of respect would rise in their hearts.
As far as I am concerned, Beijing represents the rapid development of China in the past few decades. I'm sure China will become more powerful and beautiful in the future.

As we all know, Sichuan Province is located in southwestern part of China, which enjoys many world-famous places of interest, such as Jiuzhaigou Valley and Dujiangyan Irrigation Project.
Jiuzhaigou National Park is a nature reserve in the north of Sichuan Province. What is the most impressive is its multi-level waterfalls and colorful lakes. Besides, walking in the nature reserve, you have a chance to see rare animals like giant pandas, golden monkeys. There are also many species of rare plants protected there. Another famous scenic spot is Dujiangyan Irrigation Project. It dates from over 2,000 years ago. Amazingly, it is still playing an important part in local irrigation today.

Two Canadian boys, Alder and Greg, both of 13, had their friendship tested on a recent trip to the Rocky Mountains.

Mountain climbers passed by and Alder was not sure if they would like to be disturbed on the way to their destinations.
