More than 40 countries and regions，including Russia and Taiwan，have agreed to be founding members of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank （AIIB）（亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行、即亞投行） .However，two of the world's largest economies，the United States and Japan，have held off at this time.
