*當(dāng)交通工具名稱前有“ a /the”時(shí)，不能再用“ by”, 要用“on” 或 “in” 。如：

-- About 15 minutes by bike.騎自行車大約15分鐘。
1) It takes+人+時(shí)間+to do…(事情)是一個(gè)十分常用的句型，其中動(dòng)詞take表示“花費(fèi)(時(shí)間)”。如：
It takes me about half an hour to get to the airport.
我到機(jī)場大概需要半小時(shí)。
其中“時(shí)間”可用long(長久)、a short time(短時(shí))等來表示。另外，“人”和“所做的事情”則可視具體的上下文進(jìn)行省略。如：
It doesn’t take long to walk to school 走著去學(xué)校花不了多長時(shí)間。
It’ll only take you a short time.只花你一小會(huì)兒時(shí)間。

how adv. 指范圍、程度、數(shù)量、價(jià)值等的“多少、多么”。
用于疑問句中，表示身體怎樣。
　How is your brother?你哥哥身體好嗎？
2) 用于疑問句中，表示多少、什么程度。
　How old is he?他多大年紀(jì)？
How much baggage am I allowed to take?我可以帶多少行李？
How far is it from your home to school?你家離學(xué)校有多遠(yuǎn)？
