教學過程

Step 2：Foundation and ability 夯實基礎提升能力 呈現(xiàn)本課生詞，指導學生朗讀并拓展詞匯知識。鼓勵學生自由發(fā)言，說出盡可能多的關(guān)于手機的用法，完成Activity 1。提示學生觀察圖片，用英語描述Activity 2的圖片內(nèi)容。指導學生瀏覽Activity 4中的選擇題，并快速閱讀短文，獨立完成核對答案。展示各段預設問題，指導學生細讀課文完成任務。指導學生跟讀課文錄音。以小組形式探究課文重點詞句，然后自由讀，齊讀、分組讀課文。總結(jié)所出現(xiàn)的過去式，補充過去進行時態(tài)用法。要求學生根據(jù)圖片復述課文內(nèi)容。. 播放課文動畫。指導學生獨立完成Activity 5的填空題，核對答案。指導學生根據(jù)寫法點撥，按時間先后順序續(xù)寫某次事故，完成Activity 6 。教師通過多媒體形式展示寫作成果，進行全班交流學習，教師點評。 1、朗讀并拓展詞匯知識。2、自由發(fā)言，說出盡可能多的關(guān)于手機的用法，完成Activity 1。3、用英語描述Activity 2的圖片內(nèi)容。4、瀏覽題目，快速閱讀，獨立完成并核對答案。根據(jù)預設問題，細讀課文完成任務。 5、跟讀錄音。探究課文重點詞句，然后自由讀，齊讀、分組讀課文。朗讀過去式，鞏固過去進行時態(tài)用法。根據(jù)圖片復述課文內(nèi)容。.6、欣賞課文動畫。7、獨立完成Activity 5的填空題，核對答案。8、指導學生根據(jù)寫法點撥，按時間先后順序續(xù)寫某次事故，展示寫作成果，交流點評。 詞匯過關(guān) 提高口語能力 掌握閱讀技巧。 培養(yǎng)朗讀與合作探究能力 寓教于樂、鞏固課文 掌握寫作技巧，培養(yǎng)語言的綜合運用能力。

One day, when Henry was working in a restaurant, a snake suddenly appeared and bit his hand.
A few days earlier, the snake arrived from Asia in a box of bananas. It climbed out and hid somewhere.
“I was trying to pick it up when it bit me again. I threw it across the kitchen, and it landed on a table.”While the snake was lying on the table, Henry quickly picked up his mobile phone and took a photo with it. Then the snake hid behind the fridge.

When Henry was trying to find the snake, his hand began to hurt badly. He hurried to hospital. As the doctors were checking him, the pain got worse. But they could not help him because they did not know what kind of snake bit him.
As he was lying there in great pain, Henry suddenly remembered the photo. The doctors sent the photo of a zoo. As soon as they learnt what kind of snake bit him, they gave Henry the right medicine, and he left hospital the next day.
“So if a snake bites you, take out your mobile phone or camera. Take its photo, and show the photo to the doctors,” suggests Henry. “ But as you know, the snake won’t smile!”
