教學過程

Step 1：Warming-up 課前互動 播放“月球探秘”視頻，介紹宇宙組成部分的大小關系，隨機提問：Are we alone? 觀看視頻，了解宇宙的大致分類，回答問題。 寓教于樂，激發探索科學的欲望。
Step 2：Foundation and ability 夯實基礎提升能力 呈現本課生詞，指導學生朗讀并拓展詞匯知識。隱去英文單詞或中文詞義要求學生根據記憶齊讀。展示圖文，指導學生用英語口語表達神州九號的相關信息。指導學生速讀課文，完成Activity 2及導圖填空，核對答案。展示問答題，指導學生細讀課文，兩人組完成Activity 3中的判斷題，以兩人組對話形式檢查答案，并糾錯。播放錄音，要求學生跟讀課文。小組思考探究重點詞句。指導學生自由讀，齊讀、分組讀課文。. 播放課文動畫，指導學生根據記憶填空完成Activity 4內容復述，展示答案并要求齊讀。指導學生根據范例兩人組問答完成Activity5，然后發揮想象空間，用英語書寫科幻故事進行組內交流修改，教師挑選優秀故事進行課堂展示點評。 朗讀并拓展詞匯知識。根據記憶齊讀。 2、根據圖文表達神州九號的相關信息。3、速讀課文，完成Activity 2及導圖填空，核對答案。細讀課文，完成Activity 3中的判斷題，檢查答案并糾錯。4、跟讀課文。小組思考探究重點詞句。自由讀，齊讀、分組讀課文。 5、觀看課文動畫，填空完成Activity 4，展示答案并齊讀。6、根據范例兩人組問答完成Activity5，用英語書寫科幻故事進行組內交流修改。 詞匯過關 提高口語表達能力掌握閱讀技巧，提高歸納與糾錯能力。 培養朗讀與合作探究能力 寓教于樂、鞏固課文 培養語言的綜合運用與創新，提高寫作能力。

Reading
The earth is a planet and it goes around the sun. Seven other planets also go around the sun. None of them has an
environment like that of the earth, so scientists do not think they will find life on them. The sun and its planets are called the solar system, and our solar system is a small part of a much larger group of stars and planets, called the Galaxy or the Milky Way. There are billions of stars in the Galaxy, and our sun is only one of them.
易錯點3：以none of 開頭做主語的句子,謂語動詞用單數或復數均可。注意區別neither of them后面的謂語動詞一律用第三人稱單數。
Reading
Scientists have also discovered many other galaxies in the universe. They are very far away and their light has to travel for many years to reach us. So how large is the universe?It is impossible to imagine.
Scientists have sent spaceships to the planet Mars to take photos. They have even sent spaceships to travel outside the solar system. However, no spaceship has travelled far enough to reach other stars in our Galaxy.
