兩者都可以，只是用法不同。
按照語法，季節，星期，月份，三餐之前不用冠詞，因此，in spring意思是在春天；
當季節是特指時，要加定冠詞the，就是修飾限制的作用。例如：in the spring of 2006.在2006年的春天。
例如：
I will go to beijing in spring.我要去北京。
這里沒有指名是哪年的春季。
I will go to beijing in the spring.今年春季我將去北京。
