school day“在校學(xué)生上學(xué)的日子”, 尤指周一至周五。

many of ... 意為“……中的許多”，表示整體與部分的關(guān)系。of后接代詞的賓格或可數(shù)名詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式。接名詞時，名詞前需要有限定詞(如物主代詞，these / those，定冠詞)修飾。
leave在此作及物動詞，意為“離開”。
