主句時態是一般現在時或一般將來時

從句的時態可根據實際情況而定
1. I knew you played computer games.
2. She told me that she was cooking at that time last week.
3. He asked whether his father would come back the next day.
4. He didn't know what they had come here for?

從句一定要用相對應的過去的某種時態
（一般過去時，過去進行時，過去將來時，過去完成時）
主句是過去時態
1. Vicky said she worked here 3 years ago.
2. He said to us that he joined the Party last year.

從句有明確表示過去的時間，則從句保持一般過去時。

從句是客觀事實、真理、自然現象、諺語、名言警句時用一般現在時。

could / would 是委婉語氣，而不是過去式，因此賓語從句的時態根據實際情況而定。

賓語從句時態口訣
賓從時態很好記，主句不同從句異；
主句謂語現在時，從句時態任所需；
主句謂語過去時，從句時態向前移；
具體過去永不變，真理格言現在時；
wish從句全過去，賓從時態我不懼。
1. 主句用現在時，從句可根據實際，用_______時態。

2) Please tell me what you _____________ (do) at this time yesterday.
